Booking terms

Request and confirmation

Minimum stay: 2 nights. Submitting a request does not reserve or block an apartment. Availability, the total price and payment and cancellation conditions are provided by email before explicit booking confirmation.

Arrival and departure

Self check-in starts at 16:00 local time in Romania, with no late-arrival cutoff. Confirm the correct first night if arriving after midnight. Check-out time and house rules are provided with the offer.

Parking and invoices

Parking is not reserved and is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee a space. An invoice is available on request; billing details are arranged by email.

Booking price comparison

Send an offer for the same apartment, dates, guest count, taxes and payment and cancellation conditions. We will check whether we can match or improve it. There is no automatic discount or guaranteed percentage; the final price is confirmed by email.
